We also empower patients and families by educating them on the disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies, fostering understanding and empowerment in managing their health effectively.

Requirements

Current Colorado Registered Nurse License is required.
Active Nursing License in good standing (required)
Attention to Detail

Good Organization and Effective Communication

Nice To Haves

Six (6) months of recent experience as a Nurse in a clinical care setting (preferred)
Home Health Experience (preferred)
