About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated LPN-Supervisor for the hours of 10am-6pm to provide greater leadership coverage of the community, and will be a member of the on call rotation. This position will support the overall clinical operations of our community. This role is vital in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents while fostering a respectful and dignified environment. The LPN Supervisor will work closely with the Health & Wellness Director (Director of Nursing) to coordinate and monitor resident care and support team development.

Requirements

LPN license
Flexible Schedule Required
Must be a member of the on call rotation.
Must work the hours of 10am-6pm.

Nice To Haves

Experience in assisted living or memory care.
Experience working with a Health & Wellness Director (Director of Nursing).
