About The Position
Union Post Acute is a long term care and rehabilitation community located in Union, South Carolina. They offer a home-like environment for residents in their assisted living or skilled building. The organization is looking to expand its team of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to ensure the highest level of care for residents. They emphasize a friendly, professional, and supportive work environment and highlight the benefits of working in a smaller community compared to larger cities.
Requirements
- VALID License to practice in the state of South Carolina
- Nursing Degree from an accredited college/university
- Current CPR certification
- Experience with PCC is preferred.
- Compassion and desire to provide high-quality care to our residents.
- Be available to work every other weekend.
- Authorized to work in USA

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to the residents.
- Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the certified nursing assistants in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines and established facility policies and procedures.
