About The Position
Home Staff is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) for night shifts in Centralia, IL. We are committed to providing high-quality home healthcare to children and adults, ensuring they receive reliable and compassionate care in the comfort of their own homes. This role offers a flexible schedule, weekly pay, and a healthy work-life balance. No prior pediatric or private duty nursing experience is required. Full-time, part-time, PRN, and overtime pay are available.
Requirements
- Active IL Nursing License
- Current CPR Certification
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience with G-Tube, Trach, and Vent care is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1 on 1 patient care.
- Administer nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment and individual plan of care, as authorized by the client's payer source.
- Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate.
- Monitor patient's conditions, including fluid intake and output, and maintain patient charts.
- Assist patients with daily living activities.
- Provide emotional support to patients.
