Requirements

Current Nebraska RN or LPN license in good standing
Strong clinical judgment and assessment abilities
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care according to physician orders and care plans
Assess residents and communicate changes in condition to appropriate team members
Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures accurately and safely
Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians, families, and members of the healthcare team
Provide guidance and support to CNAs and medication aides as needed
Respond promptly to resident concerns and medical needs
Promote resident safety and compliance with facility policies and regulations
Participate in care planning and quality improvement initiatives
