About The Position
The RN/LPN Weekend Supervisor supervises staff and oversees patient care at Aviata at Sand Key in Clearwater, Florida. The role follows facility policies and procedures and coordinates resident care with other facility personnel. The stated shift expectation is Saturday and Sunday for 16 hours. New graduates are welcome.
Requirements
- Possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN or LPN.
- Be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation facilities is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during the shift, including assigning and distributing work, managing performance, training new staff, and ensuring work meets facility standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
