About The Position

We are looking for RNs and LPNs for hourly rates, part-time, per-diem, and full-time positions with competitive pay. We have several long-term Private Duty Nursing positions available in Tacoma and Seattle. We are also looking to hire a RN Case Manager with vent experience for North Snohomish & South King County, who will manage care and nurse training for PDN nurses and complete RN Delegation visits. New grads are welcome.

Requirements

Current Washington state RN/LPN license in good standing
Current BLS

Nice To Haves

One (1) year of nursing experience is preferred.
Vent experience (for RN Case Manager role)

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 Private Duty Nursing, potentially including Trach/vent and TPN care.
See patients in a variety of community settings.
Admit patients and establish care goals.
Establish and maintain the plan of care and review progress towards goals.
Coordinate care with providers and interdisciplinary teams.
Assess, treat, implement, and evaluate patients.
Administer medications according to provider orders.
Delegate care to caregivers in community settings.
Provide education to nurses, caregivers, families, and patients.
Foster a high-performing culture of excellence that drives employee engagement and provides exceptionally reliable, safe, high-quality patient care.
Perform other job-related duties as needed.
