RN/LPN Pediatric Homecare
About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 skilled nursing for our pediatric patient with GT, Trach, and Vent. This role involves providing patient care in accordance with acceptable nursing standards, the written plan of care, and the physician's plan of treatment. The position requires demonstrating sound clinical judgment, delivering respectful and compassionate care to patients, families, and caregivers, maintaining patient confidentiality, and providing patient and caregiver education. Additional requirements may be outlined on a per-case basis and during agency orientation upon hire. New graduate nurses are not eligible for this position.
Requirements
- Valid RN or LPN license in New Jersey
- Compassionate, dedicated, and committed to pediatric care
- Not a new graduate nurse

Responsibilities
