About The Position
We are currently in need of dedicated RNs and LPNs for home care shifts in and around Marion county. At NurseCore we are passionate about connecting healthcare professionals and nurses with medical positions that fit their lifestyle. Every day is different in Home Care. Our Home Health staff provide compassionate, one-on-one care to individuals who are ill, injured, recovering from surgery or illness, or living with disabilities in the comfort of their own homes. Our caregivers are committed to delivering high-quality, personalized care that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being. They work closely with patients and their families while adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, agency policies, and professional standards to ensure safe and effective care.
Requirements
- Current medical license or certification in the state of Florida
- Successful completion of skills assessment(s) specific to area(s) of experience
- Current hands-on CPR certification
- Proof of Negative TB (titer/ chest x-ray)
- Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
Nice To Haves
- Vent, Trach and G-tube experience or willingness to learn (for LPNs)

- Retention Bonus: Work an average of 20 hours weekly and receive a bonus after 6 months of continuous employment. Paid annually thereafter. RN: $750, LPN: $500, CNA/HHA: $250
