About The Position

Castor Home Health Solutions is hiring an RN or LPN to provide 1:1 overnight nursing care for an adult in the comfort of their home in Germantown Hills, IL. This role offers the opportunity to focus your time and skills on one patient, providing skilled nursing care, monitoring, and support while building a trusted relationship with the patient and family. This is a consistent, long-term case with overnight shifts available.

Requirements

• Active Illinois RN or LPN license
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• Compassionate and dependable approach to care
• Interest in providing one-on-one private duty nursing care

Nice To Haves

• Previous private duty nursing experience isn't required
• New graduates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in the home
• Monitor your patient's condition and vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Provide case-specific skilled nursing care
• Respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Follow the individualized plan of care
• Communicate with the patient, family, and Castor clinical team
• Complete real-time nursing documentation during your shift
