RN/LPN - Home Care/Hospice
About The Position
The RN/LPN provides direct nursing care for individual clients and families. The RN/LPN communicates with and on behalf of the client and coordinates client care with all health team members. The RN/LPN organizes those aspects of nursing care for which s/he is accountable in a specified work period. Requirements
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse or LPN in South Dakota
- BLS - required
- Following a formal orientation, proficiency in the assigned clinical area is expected within six months.
- Failure to comply with standards of nursing care of HRMC may result in consequences to continued employment.
- Cross training is required.
