About The Position

We’re hiring a compassionate RN or LPN to join our established Intensive Outpatient Program, serving older adults in the Osmond, NE community since 2018. This role is for a Program Director and will have 2 direct reports. The setting is an Intensive Outpatient Behavioral Health Program for adults ages 65+. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with no call and no weekends, and paid holidays off. This is a salaried position and is benefit eligible. You’ll work alongside a collaborative care team providing compassionate mental health support to older adults.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse or LVN licensed in the state of practice required
• Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing required
• Work with kindness and accountability to enhance the quality of life for our patients. required
• Successful completion of a full background check is required for employment. At times, this may include drug testing.

Nice To Haves

• Psychiatric Nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead a small disciplinary team comprised of a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator providing services to the senior population.
• Engage with your local community through education (presentations, one-on-one meetings, etc.)
• Referral development through hospital staff, providers, and community resources
• Growing and maintaining patient census
• Ensure compliance through professional and ethical guidelines
• Other duties as assigned
