About The Position

The RN Director of Mental Health Program leads a small multidisciplinary team—including a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator—in providing services to the senior population. The role engages with the local community through education and develops referrals through hospital staff, providers, and community resources. The director is responsible for growing and maintaining the patient census and ensuring compliance with professional and ethical guidelines. Senior Life Solutions is an intensive outpatient therapy program designed for individuals, typically age 65 and older, experiencing depression and/or anxiety related to life changes often associated with aging. The organization provides online resources available 24/7, including a group curriculum toolkit, peer-to-peer training and support from RN Directors, and training from former Senior Life Solutions employees.

Requirements

Registered Nurse or LVN license in the state of practice.
Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing.
Work with kindness and accountability to enhance the quality of life for patients.
Successful completion of a full background check; drug testing may also be required.
