About The Position

Milestones is seeking an experienced Program Director to manage the administrative operations of our DHS-licensed mental health program. You will ensure compliance with regulations, optimize program efficiency, and oversee staff management, budgeting, and documentation while maintaining high standards of care. As the Program Director, you’ll oversee clinical management and operations of a DHS-licensed mental health program, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing high-quality care. Lead a dedicated team and help individuals in crisis find stabilization and support.

Requirements

• Current licensure as Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences with 4,000 hours of post-master’s clinical experience.
• Availability for on-call responsibilities and occasional evening/weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical operations and ensure treatment plans align with client needs.
• Ensure compliance with Minnesota Statutes, manage bed census, and oversee program documentation.
• Supervise and develop unlicensed personnel and nursing staff, fostering professional growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with leadership, county agencies, and community partners.
