About The Position
Glendive Medical Center is hiring full-time RNs and LPNs to support patient care across our Acute Care Department. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple specialties while contributing to a collaborative care environment. Work areas include: ER, ICU, Med/Surg, OB, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, and Transitional Care.
Requirements
- Current RN or LPN license (Montana or compact)
- BLS certification
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care across inpatient and specialty departments
- Administer medications and treatments
- Assess patients and monitor for changes in condition
- Work alongside providers and interdisciplinary teams
- Support and guide nursing assistants and support staff
- Educate patients and families
- Follow clinical and safety protocols
