MTM Staffing, brought to you by Southcoast Physician’s Group, is now hiring experienced Registered Nurses for our in-house travel team! This is an 11-13 week assignment, with the option to extend for 1 additional 13 week assignment if available. The pay is $70/hr and the position is eligible for Health Insurance and a 403B retirement plan.

Requirements

Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
ACLS and PALS certification is also required.
Minimum of one year of Level II Nursery/NICU nursing experience required.
Competent in reading and interpreting basic telemetry strips.
Ability to efficiently float to other like-units for patient assignments is required.
Working knowledge and experience with PC-based applications.
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

Epic experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of duties involving coordinating total nursing care for patients.
Participate in patient and family teaching.
Provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice within an assigned patient care unit.
Has knowledge and skills necessary to provide care, which is appropriate to the age group of patients regularly served.
