About The Position

Assists the department leader with responsibility for the implementation, delivery, coordination, and supervision of services delivered by team members consistent with HFM policy and procedures. Primarily serves in a staff role while working closely with the department leader on various initiatives. Responsible for clinical, technical and/or support services and competencies while serving as the primary mentor/educator for team members.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current unrestricted Wisconsin license required.
• 3-5 years of experience in the area of practice required.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills required.
• Must be able to demonstrate effective leadership ability through positive and creative problem-solving techniques.
• CPR certification required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
• Advanced clinical or technical skills and management experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
