About The Position

Delivering bundles of joy has got to be one of the most important jobs in the world. As a labor & delivery nurse, your empathy meter is off the charts. You bring psychological and emotional support, monitor mom and her newborn, and ensure the best medical care and resources when the need arises. Having a baby is one of the most vulnerable times in the lives of moms and dads and you’ve got their backs. Labor, birth, and postpartum never get routine. You’ll share tears of joy and, sometimes, tears of sadness. Your experiences, knowledge, skills, empathy, compassion, and your “little something extra” all add up to you. This is a hands-on nursing role.
