Requirements

Diploma or RN Associates Degree, BSN preferred
Valid NJ RN License
AHA accredited BLS (Basic Life Support)
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
Successfully completes initial competency verification for specialty area.
Demonstrate people/interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

Assessing, implementing and evaluating the delivery of care.
Assuming responsibility and accountability for the delegation of patient care to other members of the health care team.
Coordinating services with rehabilitation staff to maximize the patient's independence to return to their prior residence.
