About The Position
Registered Nurse needed for L&D, Post Partum rooms, BFHI, babies room in with moms -- average 40 deliveries per month, average 6 C-sections per month. May have to cover as charge nurse, after charge nurse training, on occasion.
Requirements
- A minimum of five years recent experience in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Newborn in a healthcare setting
- American Heart Association ACLS OR ALSO, BLS, NRP AND AWHONN Advanced FHM required
- RNC-EFM may substitute for AWHONN FHM
Responsibilities
- Provide care in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Newborn settings
- Participate in charge nurse duties after training
- Float to other departments as required
