MTM Staffing, brought to you by Southcoast Physician’s Group, is now hiring experienced Registered Nurses for our in-house travel team! This is an 11-13 week assignment, with the option to extend for 1 additional 13 week assignment if available. The position is for a Family Centered Unit/Labor & Delivery at Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River, MA. This position is multisite and nurses may be asked to float to any Southcoast Hospital: Charlton Memorial Hospital or St. Luke’s—New Bedford. Southcoast Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Requirements

Current Southcoast Health System employees are not eligible for consideration. Former employees must be separated from Southcoast for at least 9 months to be eligible.
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent is required.
Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
Minimum of one year of Family Centered Unit/Labor & Delivery nursing experience required.
Competent in reading and interpreting basic telemetry strips.
Working knowledge and experience with PC-based applications.
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

Epic experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Must work every other weekend and holiday, 1 weekend shift every week and every other holiday OR Every Weekend
Ability to efficiently float to other like-units for patient assignments is required.
