RN - Inpatient Services - Spencer Hospital
About The Position
Spencer Hospital is a rural hospital located in northwest Iowa employing over 500+ employees. This position is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care for post-operative and acute care patients requiring hospitalization. The role assumes responsibility for the outcome of nursing care during a specified work period and collaborates with all available nursing personnel to provide total patient care. Must have knowledge of and utilize appropriate age-related patient protocols relating to the physical and psychological needs of patients. This position qualifies for hiring incentives, the amount of which may be discussed during the interview process. New graduates are encouraged to apply and will be offered a Nurse Residency Program upon hire.
Requirements
- Must be a caring communicator, flexible, able to multitask and be comfortable with technological systems
- IA RN license or compact state
- BLS and ACLS - inhouse certification available upon hire
