Requirements
- Current Kansas Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification required
- ACLS, PALS, and TNCC (or ability to obtain within six months)
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A passion for serving rural communities
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional nursing care across multiple hospital settings
- Assess, treat, and monitor patients with confidence and compassion
- Respond to emergency situations and coordinate patient care
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Support and mentor nursing staff while promoting quality patient care
