About The Position

This job is typically a 12-week assignment. The RN is a leader in patient care, utilizing the Nursing Process within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code for Nurses, and Scope & Standards of Practice. The RN effectively delegates, directs, and assists licensed and ancillary team members, assumes accountability for quality patient outcomes, and exhibits sensitivity to cultural, ethnic, and religious diversity. The RN maintains involvement in activities aimed at achieving unit and department strategic goals and demonstrates professional responsibility and accountability for their practice, supporting the company's philosophy of nursing. This role requires the ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, with reasonable accommodations made for individuals with disabilities. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
Current RN License in the state of practice.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification (within 30 days of hire).
Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications.
Demonstrated good judgment.
Strong interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
Certification in clinical specialty area.

Responsibilities
