About The Position

This position provides and promotes a proficient level of nursing practice to efficiently provide safe, effective, and holistic patient and family-centered care for patients and families with complex needs. The RN III uses increased knowledge, skills, and experience to understand situations holistically and plans and adjusts accordingly. They quickly recognize variations from the anticipated course, think critically, modify plans, make appropriate decisions, recognize salient patient care issues, and focus on long-term goals.

Requirements

Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college program or technical school or nursing diploma
Nursing - 3 years of experience
Certification specific to patient population
Registered Nurse (RN) license - Arkansas or Compact State
