About The Position

The Ambulatory and Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN), a member of Advocate Health Nursing Professional Governance community, provides high-quality, patient-centered care through evidence-based practice, clinical expertise, and compassionate care delivery in an ambulatory care setting. The RN collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, advocates for patient needs, and upholds professional practice standards to promote optimal health outcomes. At Aurora Rheumatology in Menomonee Falls, WI, our expert team of rheumatologists diagnose and treat musculoskeletal and autoimmune diseases that affect your bones, joints, ligaments and muscles. With an autoimmune condition, your immune system attacks its own tissues and healthy cells, causing muscle and joint pain that needs expert treatment. We understand that living with a chronic rheumatic disease such as rheumatoid arthritis can be difficult to manage. With your best care in mind, our rheumatology team will take a comprehensive approach to your treatment. We'll focus on managing your symptoms and helping you find relief from any pain. Your personalized care plan may include medications, physical therapy, education sessions and support groups. Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 1 year of RN experience is preferred.
