About The Position

Texas Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) II Charge for Med/Surg Station 32 on the Night Shift. This role is Full Time, working 36 hours per week on a night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM, three shifts per week. The department is described as a team-based environment with a strong workplace culture, operating on lean principles and emphasizing team atmosphere and individual performance. Management is highly engaged. Requirements

Nursing Diploma (Nursing) required
Associate's Degree Nursing required
1 year experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting required
RN - Registered Nurse upon hire required
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly upon hire required
ACLS- Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 days required
CPI- Crisis Prevention Intervention Training maintained annually 90 days required

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting preferred
Previous charge experience preferred
