About The Position

The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care is a crucial part of an interdisciplinary team of licensed and unlicensed caregivers. This role is dedicated to ensuring that patients, families, and significant others receive individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care in a clinical environment. This position is guided by a model that emphasizes professional practice, evidence-based care, and research.

Requirements

• Current and valid nursing license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia.
• Comprehensive knowledge of critical care nursing practices and protocols.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team.
• Commitment to upholding patient rights and ethical standards in all interactions.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic clinical environment and respond to patient needs efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, safe patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team to support patient-centered care.
• Uphold the standards of nursing practice as outlined by the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act.
• Implement the Scope of Practice and adhere to the Code of Ethics as established by the American Nurses Association.
• Advocate for the voice of the patient while adhering to system policies and procedures.
• Support the organization’s service excellence goals and initiatives.
