About The Position
Our client is seeking an RN - ICU in Lakewood, Colorado, for a 3x12 night shift. Candidates must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. The role requires the listed clinical credentials, health documentation, and successful completion of pre-employment screening.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- 2 current clinical references
- Physical examination completed within the last 12 months
- TB skin test completed within the last 12 months
- Titers for MMR, Hep B, and Varicella
- Respiratory fit test completed within the last 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Ability to pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings
