About The Position

This is a full-time position for an RN in the ICU department, working night shifts. The role involves providing direct nursing care to all patient populations within the department, utilizing the nursing process for patient care planning, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The RN will also guide unlicensed nursing personnel, contribute to safety outcomes, and promote a high-quality patient experience.

Requirements

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
• BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required

Nice To Haves

• BSN degree preferred
• Minimum 1-year current hospital nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care
