- Basic Life Support - CPR

Responsibilities
- Conducts comprehensive and ongoing assessments of patients' physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs
- Develops and individualizes patient-centered care plans based on assessment findings, physician orders, and evidence-based practice
- Sets measurable patient goals and outcomes
- Administers medications safely and accurately via various routes, including oral, intravenous, subcutaneous, and intramuscular, according to physician orders and hospital policy.
- Performs skilled nursing procedures, treatments, and interventions as prescribed (e.g., wound care, IV insertion, catheterization, ventilator management oversight).
- Monitors and interprets patient vital signs, laboratory results, and diagnostic test findings, taking appropriate action
