About The Position

This role involves assisting the Director with administrative and clinical leadership for patient care. The position requires planning, coordinating, and managing personnel and resources to ensure the highest quality of patient care. The supervisor will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare disciplines, develop and implement clinical education programs, and lead with integrity to foster a positive work environment and retain staff. Maintaining confidentiality and meeting HIPAA standards are essential. The role also includes participating in the development and evaluation of the Nursing Department's vision and goals, and managing clinical services for quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Staff selection, development, motivation, and evaluation are key responsibilities.

Requirements

Current active RN license in the State of Ohio required.
Required to have 3-5 years of nursing experience and 2-3 years supervisory experience.
Current BLS and ACLS required.
Must be knowledgeable of Quality Assurance processes.
Must be knowledgeable regarding the nursing process and its application, including the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.

BSN or higher preferred.

Responsible for the selection, development, motivation, and evaluation of staff.
