RN - ICU (Cardiovascular, Trauma, Surgery)
About The Position
PeaceHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the CVICU team at Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver, Washington. The RN provides comprehensive, compassionate care to critically ill patients by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care needs. The role includes accurate documentation and effective collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. This is a full-time (0.90 FTE), night-shift position represented by a collective bargaining agreement. The hourly wage ranges from $56.92 to $86.09, with shift differentials of up to $7.75 per hour for night shifts and additional pay for advanced degrees and certifications. Relocation assistance is available.
Requirements
- At least one year of recent, continuous critical care RN experience within the last 36 months.
- Registered Nurse license in Washington or MSL.
- BLS and ACLS certifications at hire.
- NIHSS certification within six months of hire.
- Knowledge of age-specific principles of growth and development.
- Ability to promote positive interpersonal relationships and support medical center philosophy and procedures.
- Basic computer skills.
