About The Position

Florida Rehabilitation Hospital at Tampa, opening February 2025, is seeking an RN House Supervisor for Full Time Nights. This role involves supervising nursing staff, assessing patient needs, and providing nursing care. The position also includes planning and organizing training for unit staff and participating in guidance and educational programs. The hospital features 60 private patient rooms and two rehab therapy gyms with cutting-edge technology.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as an Registered Nurse
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable.
• CRRN or written plan to obtain when qualified
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames

Nice To Haves

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience
• Previous supervisory experience
