About The Position
Under supervision of the Director, the Administrative Supervisors provide nursing service administration and leadership on all shifts, holiday and weekends to ensure delivery of comprehensive nursing services and quality patient care. The administrative Supervisor acts as a representative of administration and coordinates hospital and department activities on assigned shift. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.
