About The Position
The RN - House Supervisor coordinates nursing care throughout the facility according to established clinical nursing practices. The role collaborates with other professional disciplines to support effective and efficient patient care delivery and desired patient outcomes, and assists nursing leadership with facility operations. This is a full-time position scheduled for 36 hours per week. The position is associated with Willow Creek Mother Baby.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program.
- Two years of RN experience in an acute care hospital setting.
Nice To Haves
- Four years of RN experience in an acute care hospital setting is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate nursing care throughout the facility based on established clinical nursing practices.
- Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes.
- Assist nursing leadership with facility operations.
