About The Position

Prime HealthCare Staffing, a national health care staffing company with over 20 years in the business, is looking for an experienced RN - House Supervisor for our customer in Memphis, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will possess a current Tennessee license. This is a RN position in the House Supervisor - 4617 (Night) Unit.

Requirements

• Current Tennessee RN license.
• At least 2 years of recent House Supervisor US nursing experience as a RN - House Supervisor.
• Nursing License.
• Current BLS and/or ACLS (AHA Preferred) and/or Specialty Certifications.
• Active Nursing License per state.
• Current Updated Resume.
• Supervisory Professional References.
• Must complete Drug Screen and Background Screen.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and operations within the House Supervisor unit.
• Ensure quality patient care and adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
• Manage staffing and resources effectively during night shifts.
• Respond to emergencies and provide leadership in critical situations.
