About The Position
This is a full-time night shift position for a House Supervisor, a Registered Nurse, in Kane, PA. The shift schedule is from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with rotating weekend requirements. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Requirements
- BLS (AHA)-Required
- COVID Vaccine- Required
- Must possess a current license in PA or a temporary work permit
- Pennsylvania license
- BLS
Nice To Haves
- Nursing Home Experience - a plus
- Must possess knowledge of: medical asepsis, body mechanics, personal care of residents, correct use and care of equipment, observation techniques, reporting and recording, thorough knowledge of nursing theory and its application - PREFERRED
- Must be willing to possess knowledge of and comply with regulations, policies, procedures, contracts and philosophy of the institution - PREFERRED
- Must maintain a courteous and professional manner toward residents, visitors and co-workers and a dedication to meet the needs of the elderly - PREFERRED
- Must have awareness of cost containment, utilize time fully, and properly care for equipment - PREFERRED
- Must possess ability to accept and follow written and verbal directives - PREFERRED
- Must utilize good communication and observation skills - PREFERRED
