About The Position

The Staff Pad is partnering with a hospital in Russellville, AL, to find an experienced and compassionate RN leader for a full-time, night shift position. As the RN House Supervisor - Nights, you will be responsible for overseeing hospital-wide operations during overnight hours, supporting clinical teams, ensuring exceptional patient care, and fostering a safe and collaborative environment for staff and patients. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact across the hospital while working with a dedicated team committed to quality care and community service.

Requirements

• Active Alabama RN license required.
• 4-6 years of recent hospital experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required within one year of hire.

Nice To Haves

• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hospital-wide operations and provide leadership support across departments during overnight hours.
• Serve as a key resource for clinical staff, physicians, patients, and families.
• Ensure smooth operations and high standards of care.
• Coordinate staffing, patient flow, bed management, and clinical coverage across units.
• Support and mentor nursing and clinical staff in real-time decision-making.
• Respond to patient care concerns, clinical emergencies, and operational challenges.
• Promote compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians, department leaders, and ancillary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Help create positive patient and family experiences through compassionate leadership and problem-solving.
