Educate others. Assist with cardiac stress testing and apply outpatient cardiac monitoring devices. Provide care to patients with cardiovascular and/or pulmonary disease and educate patients about risk reduction and how to manage chronic conditions while monitoring them during exercise. Staff in assigned department or provides support to Oncology, Wound Care or Cardiopulmonary. Schedule and manage meetings with Drug/Infusion/Chemo reps., along with Wound Care Reps Build and run Oral Chemotherapy Management Program (OCMP) Education on new Chemotherapy Regimen Calls patients on chemotherapy regimens with toxicity checks (i.e., 24-72 hours, 1-week, ongoing cadence via phone) Chemotherapy Regimen adherence monitoring via phone Coordinate with providers, pharmacy, and other key stakeholders in patient care delivery

Requirements

  • Possess great organization, communication, critical thinking skills, and computer knowledge.
  • Current Missouri RN license.
  • BLS, ACLS and Basic Arrhythmia Course required.
  • 2-3 years nursing experience, required.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous telemetry/cardiac experience preferred.
