About The Position
Gulfside Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join their growing field teams in Pasco, Hillsborough, and Pinellas County. The role focuses on providing personalized patient care with lower patient ratios and emphasizes a healthy work-life balance, offering no nights, no weekends, and no on-call duties. Nurses will manage an assigned patient caseload, develop individualized care plans, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and provide guidance to other care team members. Patients are seen in private residences, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing facilities. Training is provided for those without prior hospice experience.
Requirements
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact State RN license required.
- Valid Florida driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance required.
- Compassionate, organized, and able to work independently while supporting a team-based approach to care.
- Strong assessment, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience preferred.
- Hospice, home health, case management, or acute care experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manages an assigned patient caseload.

- Provides guidance and support to LPNs, CNAs, and other members of the care team.
