Requirements

• Minimum of two years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse in a home health or hospice setting.
• Minimum of one year using HCHB/Pointcare EMR
• Current American Heart Association BLS
• Must have 2 years of recent Home Health/Hospice Registered Nurse experience.
• Must have 1 year of recent Homecare Homebase (Point Care) experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel across our 15 states while working for the same company guided by the same policies, procedures, and documentation requirements eliminating those frustrations every assignment.
• Grow your nursing experience while helping CommonSpirit Health at Home’s mission of improving the health of the people we serve, especially those who are vulnerable, while we advance social justice for all.
• You will work with a tenured home health RN, not a recruiter, and a support team that will help you every step of the way to ensure quality 1:1 time with your patients.
