About The Position
This is a branch-level clinical leadership role overseeing hospice clinical operations, interdisciplinary team performance, quality/compliance, and patient/family care delivery for an active hospice program. Requirements
- Current, unencumbered RN license
- Hospice experience required
- Minimum professional nursing experience in direct patient care within hospice, home health
- Strong understanding of terminal care, crisis intervention, pain and symptom management, bedside nursing, family support, and interdisciplinary hospice care delivery
- Comfortable with EMR systems, clinical documentation, chart review, team leadership, staff coaching, and regulatory/compliance expectations
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license
- Vehicle insurance
- Dependable transportation required
