About The Position

AdvisaCare is seeking a strong Registered Nurse Hospice Clinical Supervisor to join our team in the Flint office location. The right candidate should be self-motivated, driven, out-going and efficient with their charting and review of documents. This role is mostly in-office, Monday-Friday 8:00a-5:00p, but may require assistance with occasional staffing cases. Supervisory visits with clients and field staff will also be done by the Clinical Supervisor routinely. We have a great team with amazing growth opportunities and are looking for a "go-getter" Registered Nurse to join us and grow with us.

Requirements

• Current MI State Registered Nurse License
• TB test
• CPR
• Clear Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen
• Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, organized with good time management skills
• Reliable transportation, MI Driver's License & Auto Insurance
• Experience with Wounds, Assessments, Medication set-up & Management
• Current and reliable cell phone and be easily reachable
• 1 year of Hospice experience

Nice To Haves

• Hospice or Palliative experience preferred
• Positive team player who will also advocate for our clients and their needs
