About The Position

The RN Hospice Clinical Liaison is responsible for developing, expanding, and maintaining strong referral-source relationships within their assigned market. This role involves representing hospice services professionally to referral partners, patients, families, and community partners. The liaison will utilize clinical knowledge to educate stakeholders on hospice care, eligibility, services, and transition planning. Key activities include identifying new referral opportunities, strengthening existing accounts through consistent field activity, and collaborating with internal clinical and operations teams to ensure appropriate referrals and smooth transitions into care.

Requirements

Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license required.
Minimum one year of healthcare sales, marketing or liaison experience required; two or more years preferred.
Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse healthcare referral sources.
Local market knowledge, job stability and proven, verifiable performance are must-haves.

Nice To Haves

Hospice and/or Home Health clinical liaison, hospice admissions, healthcare sales, marketing, business development or referral-development experience strongly preferred.
Hospice and/or palliative care marketing or liaison experience strongly preferred.
Established Boston / South Shore hospital, facility and referral-source contacts strongly preferred.
