About The Position

The RN Hospice Clinical Liaison is responsible for developing, expanding, and maintaining strong referral-source relationships within their assigned market. This role involves professionally representing hospice services to referral partners, patients, families, and community partners, utilizing clinical knowledge to educate them on hospice care, eligibility, services, and transition planning. The liaison will identify new referral opportunities and strengthen existing accounts through consistent outside field activity, while collaborating closely with internal clinical and operations teams to ensure appropriate referrals and smooth transitions into care.

Requirements

Current, unencunbranced Registered Nurse license required.
Minimum one year of healthcare sales, marketing or liaison experience required.
Local market knowledge, job stability and proven, verifiable performance are must-haves.
Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse healthcare referral sources.

Nice To Haves

Hospice and/or Home Health clinical liaison, hospice admissions, healthcare sales, marketing, business development or referral-development experience strongly preferred.
Two or more years of healthcare sales, marketing or liaison experience preferred.
Hospice and/or palliative care marketing or liaison experience strongly preferred.
Established Boston / South Shore hospital, facility and referral-source contacts strongly preferred.
