About The Position

Working Nurse Homecare Agency, a leader in Home Health care, is seeking Registered Nurses to join their team. Working Nurses is a preferred post-acute care partner for hospitals, physicians, and families in Broward County, Palm Beach County, and the Treasure Coast areas, delivering high-quality home-based patient care. The home health RN will provide care according to the patient's plan, including comprehensive health monitoring, health promotion, teaching, training, and direct nursing care.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of practice required.
• Proficient in documentation
• Current CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance.
• Ability to travel throughout Treasure Coast and surrounding areas for long / short term assignments.

Nice To Haves

• Experience and knowledge of Medicare
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work independently
• Computer proficient
• Experience with Geriatric and Pediatric patients preferred.
• Nursing in Home Health: 1 year (Preferred)
• BLS Certification (Preferred)
