Requirements
- Active North Carolina RN license or Compact RN license

- Homecare experience
- Wound care, including wound vacs
- IV therapy and port access
Responsibilities
- Assessing patient health
- Implementing and overseeing individualized care plans
- Supporting health maintenance and disease prevention
- Case management responsibilities
- Supervision of care plans and clinical staff in a community or small-facility setting
