Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Home health or clinical nursing experience
- Experience with OASIS and EMR systems (Homecare Homebase preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Interest in growing into a leadership role
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of field clinicians
- Coordinate and oversee patient care plans
- Coach and develop nurses and clinical staff
- Ensure quality care and regulatory compliance
- Partner with leadership to support growth and outcomes
