About The Position
This is an internal opportunity for a 90% role for team members who are looking to take on a larger, consistent weekly workload while continuing to support excellent patient care. The hourly wage will not be adjusted, but the schedule will. This role includes participation in the weekend day rotation, where weekend days are considered blackout days and requesting them off must be discussed in advance with no guarantee of approval.
Requirements
- Strong attendance and reliability.
- Independent thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Timely documentation and strong queue management.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Support excellent patient care.
- Manage workflow with minimal oversight.
- Complete documentation within standards.
- Maintain a current and well-managed queue.
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively with patients, families, and the team.
